This retreat is intended for those who already know the place and the Lama.
During this time, you can come according to your opportunities and for time that suits you and at your convenience to accomplish your practices. This period will be particularly favorable to go on with the preliminaries or the deepening of any other practice.
During this period, the Lama is available to guide each one in his practice and every day, the Lama will give a Teaching.
